- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1. **Pricing Structure**: THREE TREES D.C. After visiting the project, it will send you a proposal with the total of the project. If in any case you wish to work on it per hour, keep in mind that the minimum is 5 hours and each hour has a price of $80.00 - $90.00 + Materials. 2. **Discounts Available**: THREE TREES D.C offers certain discounts when similar projects are carried out in the same neighborhood (next door or duplex houses), and they are carried out at the same time. 3. **Cancellations**: We appreciate that as a client you are sure that you are going to give us the opportunity to offer you a job proposal completely free of charge, (we just let you know) that by receiving your direct Lead THREE TREES D.C pays a cost to receive your job offer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. **Initial Consultation**: We begin with a call to schedule a meeting and review the project in person and learn about the client's needs and expectations. This helps us better understand your situation and objectives and evaluate the project process and tools to use. 2. **Review and Adjustments**: We present the proposal that details our services, prices to the client and we are open to making adjustments according to your comments and specific requirements. 3. **Formal Agreement**: Once both parties are aligned, we formalize the agreement by signing a contract that details all the terms and conditions including the legal documents required by CCB. 4. **Execution**: We begin work on the agreed and scheduled day on the project, maintaining constant communication with the client to ensure that everything is progressing as planned. 5. **Evaluation and Feedback**: Upon completion, we review the result with the client and request their suggestions or points of view to continually improve our services. 6. **Ongoing Support**: After the project is completed, we offer additional maintenance support as needed to ensure the client is satisfied with the results and can get the most out of our work.
