We engaged Fitzpatrick to paint the interior of our entire home. From our first interaction with Fitzpatrick, and all the way through the completion of our project, the entire team at Fitzpatrick was courteous, professional and communicative. It started with the quote process which, when complete, was delivered immediately on-site! No having to wait a day or more for the numbers. Then during our pre-work walk through we were greeted with a warm-welcome kit... a great touch. We can't forget the fact that the head of the company emailed us and welcomed us to the city and thanked us for selecting their business for our project... (another nice touch). The same week - the work began. The team assigned to our job was amazing to work with. They paid attention to our needs and worked around our schedules and furnishings as we had just moved in and had boxes everywhere. They checked in with us often and by the time they left we felt like they were family ! In fact - we invited them to stay for dinner! LOL. The result: The foundation is set!!! Our home has a fresh coat of paint in the colors that match our style, and we can now begin the process of setting up our surroundings to match our taste. There is no hesitation on our part to use Fitzpatrick again, and we highly recommend you give them a shot at your business. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Get your project completed for as low as $39/mo. We offer 30% off interior painting and cabinet painting when the job is scheduled between Nov - Apr.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If someone reaches out regarding their project we’ll get them in touch with a Project Consultant to walk through any questions they may have and provide pricing. We’ll then assign the project to our logistics team to ensure clear communication with the customer and crew. Afterward we’ll walk the job with the customer to ensure satisfaction before closing out the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We require all of our field employees to complete and pass our on-site training program whether they’re brand new to painting or have 30 years experience to ensure each customer receives the full Fitzpatrick experience.
