- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We quote every job individually. We do this in order maintain absolute transparency with our customers; since every job is different, we cannot in good conscience post flat or guaranteed rates for certain job categories.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will reach out to you over the phone as soon as we can. Once we've been introduced, we will request an opportunity to visit the work site before providing a quote. We do this to ensure the accuracy of our initial quote and so that we are on the same page as you. If for any reason an onsite visit is not possible, we are willing to work with you on alternatives.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Whether it be residential, multi-family, or commercial, we are ready to meet you where you are and work with you from there.
