The job was done at half the cost and within less than 24 hours compared to quote from local store boasting Apple sales and repair expertise. Mr Sheridan has a remote location but was completely willing to come and meet me to pick up my computer, which had become completely unable to start. he was able to reboot the base program and get it back to where it had come from. he was also able to offer advice about services available for free, and to qualify their value to me as a user. i would be happy to employ Sheridan Systems any time necessary.
