- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free diagnosis and estimate. I can pick up the device or the customer can drop it off at my location then, We then discuss the issues they are experiencing in detail, to aid in my troubleshooting steps.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems. More importantly I am Apple, Dell, Toshiba and A+ certified. ACDT, ACPT, A+, Dell Enterprise Server
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
At 9 years of age I was helping to input punch cards for a mainframe computer the size of a large room.
