- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Proposal: We share a custom quote and project plan based on your requirements. Design: We create mockups and refine them with your feedback. Development: Once approved, we build the full website and all features. Review & Launch: You review the site, we make final edits, then launch. Support: Ongoing maintenance and updates are available after launch.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team holds degrees in Web Design & Development, Computer Science, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, and Communications/Content Writing. Combined with over 5 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI, front-end and back-end development, and digital content creation, this education allows us to deliver fully customized, visually appealing, and content-rich websites.
