- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Virtual Assistant services are much less than my Design services solely because I'm not building graphics or working on website code. It's very straight forward, and my job as a Virtual Assistant is to ease stress and help the business owner delegate tasks that may take them sometimes twice as long as it does me.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It seemed to go hand in hand with my design business. I know computers, I can run any word formatting software, desktop publishing, and most email systems. I'm doing the same thing for my design clients, I'm just using the graphics they already have.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Email assistance (newsletters, autoresponders, etc) and mobile, digital and social marketing. Google, Facebook, text messaging, Twitter, LinkedIn, FourSquare. I meld them all together for the client.
