- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Consultation: We start by discussing your project and the potential issue to get a clear understanding of your needs. 2. Site Visit: We schedule a time to meet at your property. We pride ourselves on being friendly and approachable, so we’re happy to answer any questions you have while we are there. 3. Quick Quote: After our visit, we head back to the office and will send you a detailed quote in less than 3 days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a proud father-son team with over 20 years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling. Our training comes from decades of real-world projects, allowing us to bring both deep industry knowledge and strong family values to every job we take on.
