FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have nearly two decades of managing workers compensation return to work programs for a organization with over 14,000 employees in Oregon. I returned over $500,000 per year to the organization's bottom line by managing the State Employer Incentives Program. My vision is to help other employers create or improve their return to work programs using the tools and processes I've developed through years of working in the field.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I've helped a very large health care organization improve their return on investment by bringing injured workers back to work in temporary or permanently modified positions that benefited the employer and the injured worker. The organization was reimbursed by the State for purchasing needed safety equipment that reduced back injuries, days of time loss, and kept employees from terminating employment.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Quit leaving money on the table! You can lower your workers compensation insurance costs, offset your current claims costs, and get money back from the State of Oregon.
