Excellent customer service and quality work. We had an outdoor electrical outletinstalled by our backyard patio. This was by far one of my best experiences. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with an initial consultation to understand the customer’s needs and expectations. I then assess the project site, explain the scope of work, and provide a detailed estimate. Once we agree on the plan, I schedule the work, communicate progress, and ensure the customer is informed every step of the way. After the job is complete, I walk through the results with the customer to make sure they’re satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a formal apprenticeship program, which included hands-on training and coursework in electrical theory, code compliance, and safety. I’m certified from PCC and stay updated on the latest NEC standards through continuing education. My on-the-job experience has provided me with the skills to handle a wide range of residential electrical projects.
