When he returned, we realized the work was actually beyond the scope of what an electrician could take on and would require a handyman. Even though that meant Ramin ultimately wouldn’t be doing the job himself, he was still extremely generous with his time and made sure we had everything we needed to move forward. He even provided detailed notes we could pass along to the handyman, which made the whole process much easier and helped expedite the work.
He was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout. It’s rare to have an experience with a contractor that leaves you feeling this confident and taken care of, and I was honestly a little disappointed we didn’t get to hire him for the actual work because he was that great.
The next time we have even the smallest electrical issue, Ramin will be the first person I call. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Ramin was great to work with! He installed a new ceiling fan in an existing light fixture that had some strange diy wiring. He got it all untangled and got the fan up and working perfectly. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with an initial consultation to understand the customer’s needs and expectations. I then assess the project site, explain the scope of work, and provide a detailed estimate. Once we agree on the plan, I schedule the work, communicate progress, and ensure the customer is informed every step of the way. After the job is complete, I walk through the results with the customer to make sure they’re satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a formal apprenticeship program, which included hands-on training and coursework in electrical theory, code compliance, and safety. I’m certified from PCC and stay updated on the latest NEC standards through continuing education. My on-the-job experience has provided me with the skills to handle a wide range of residential electrical projects.
