Paul from Wired Electric came by to do some work on my electrical when my power went out at my house. He was thorough, knowledgable, and personable; Paul was awesome to work with!I really appreciate that he took the time to consult with inspectors ahead of working on the project to make sure everything worked on would pass inspections for special circumstances at my house.He also worked hard to get me back on power as soon as possible. We had to coordinate with PGE to get power back, and he was persistent and was able to get them to come out sooner than anticipated. He really cares about making sure his clients are taken care of.Paul was also very thorough in explaining the whole process and consulting me in how I wanted the project to end up. We ran into a hiccup along the way and he provided multiple options for how to resolve the issue and made sure I was happy with the outcome, even though it meant staying longer to get the job done. He was very patient through the whole process. He was also very conscientious about cleaning up the job site and keeping my home clean. He was great to work with and I highly recommend hiring him!

We had a great experience working with Paul at one of our clients properties. He was responsive, thorough, and took the time to troubleshoot a tricky wiring issue that had been missed by our handyman. His communication was excellent and conducts himself as a true professional - he went above and beyond to ensure everything was safe and repaired. He also fit us in the very next day, as we were having an emergency - and if you're well versed in working with contractors - not everyone goes above and beyond to help people w/ that level of service We felt super cared for with Paul extending his scheduled day to assist us. I also really appreciate the care he took in both the work and his communication with the homeowner and myself. Highly recommend!

WT Electric Made My EV Charger Install Stress-Free!Im a first-time EV owner who was honestly a little nervous about adding a Level 2 charger in the garage (plus we needed a dedicated breaker for our new chest freezer that kept tripping the old circuit). Paul from WT Electric was an absolute gem from start to finish.He showed up exactly on time, took the time to walk me through everything , and actually listened to my concerns about panel space and future-proofing. He was patient, super knowledgeable, and you could tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right. The work area was left spotless, he labeled everything clearly, and he even programmed the charger app for me and showed me how to schedule charging during off-peak hours to save money.Professional, kind, punctual, and fairly priced.
