FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very competitive prices that are focused on the customer needs. We offer quality services at an affordable price!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a prospective client gets in contact with me, I listen to the customer to find out what exactly they have in mind in regards to their project, repair, etc. Once we agree on what the customer needs, I then request their address and contact information and set up date and time for me to come out and measure and assess what needs to get done. I work on an estimate and send it to the customer by email, indicating the scope of work and materials to be used, and I include a pic on the fixtures etc, If the customer agrees with the scope of work and price on the estimate, then we will send a contract with all details, including the notices from contractors board, we will sign the contract and we proceed with completing the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked with Home depot installing kitchens, windows and front doors, as an installer. Also have a vast experience in the commercial industry framing with metal studs, drywall, and installing drop ceilings. I'm certified with OSHA, accident investigation, safety at the work place.
