He did an amazing job hanging our 100 year old doors that another contractor looked at and gave up on.Nov 3, 2019Verified
We began a small project last spring and they had to split it into two parts. The first part was done at a 4-star rating. Then it all went south. Delays, lack of communication, partial work, rescheduling, etc. We were finally able to get out of this project last week when they refunded our money.Feb 23, 2020Verified

Luna’s Construction team was focused, courteous, and thorough. Franz really listened to us as we explained what we wanted. We were very pleased with the value and quality of work completed within our budget. We’d recommend Luna’s Construction highly to anyone.Mar 3, 2019VerifiedLuna’s construction LLC's reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Very competitive prices that are focused on the customer needs. We offer quality services at an affordable price!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? When a prospective client gets in contact with me, I listen to the customer to find out what exactly they have in mind in regards to their project, repair, etc. Once we agree on what the customer needs, I then request their address and contact information and set up date and time for me to come out and measure and assess what needs to get done. I work on an estimate and send it to the customer by email, indicating the scope of work and materials to be used, and I include a pic on the fixtures etc, If the customer agrees with the scope of work and price on the estimate, then we will send a contract with all details, including the notices from contractors board, we will sign the contract and we proceed with completing the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've worked with Home depot installing kitchens, windows and front doors, as an installer. Also have a vast experience in the commercial industry framing with metal studs, drywall, and installing drop ceilings. I'm certified with OSHA, accident investigation, safety at the work place.
