Reached out to Michael for last minute help packing for our move and he responded within minutes. He came out a couple days later to give me an estimate. He was spot on too getting my whole house packed in just under 6 hours essentially by himself. He arrived on time and was communicative from start to finish. It can’t be overstated how hard of a worker he is. His help was invaluable and I have a strong feeling I’ll be working with him again in the future.

Couldn’t have asked for better help with prepping for our move! Michael was on time, communicative and even brought along extra packing materials to make sure we had everything needed on hand. Everything was really well organized while still getting the job done quickly. And, to top it off - my new Mom brain accidentally scheduled the wrong day, but fortunately Michael was super accommodating and friendly, and was able to make the time I needed happen. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Right now I’m pretty cheap. Although I’ve done organizing for awhile, I’m trying to get my new organizing business off the ground, so I’m looking for as much work as I can get. I need more “before and after” photos. Always FREE CONSULTS!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
FREE CONSULT is the first step. That will help me get a feel for what a new client needs and wants. I usually have a 3 step process, with 3 different fee/expense categories.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I also work part-time for a larger organizing company in which I’ve received training in organizing functions, like packing.
