I TRAVEL TO YOU: 1 session (60-90 minutes)- $65_____ 3 session- $155_____ 10 session $450_____ YOU COME TO ME: One time intro session- $25_____ Single session- $35_____ 3 session- $90_____ 10 session- $225- Affordable regular training. Full sessions. Can also include running around Orchard Park and local pathways or Indoor/ outdoor cycling.__________ GROUP SESSIONS can cost $15- $40 per person depending on equipment, any related facility or travel costs, and session duration. I strive to make training fun and affordable so we can meet regularly. I enjoy working with kids, families, couples, and groups of friends. Let me know what you are looking for and I'll do my best to work with you no matter what your situation is. Don't let cost get in the way of reaching your goals.__________ I have written a program called Functional Body Construction that is my unique mix of breathing, tensegrity, strength, and movement. Session structure usually follows- Breathing, warm up, myofascial release (foam rolling), core work, strength training, kettlebell swings, combo- strength/ swing intervals, and cool down/circulation + recovery promotion. This session easily lasts 60-90 minutes depending on your schedule and abilities. I will only charge you a set price for the entire session. Come to me and/ or buy a package and I will make it as affordable for you as possible.__________________ Sliding scale available upon request._________________ You can also meet me at a couple different facilities I have access to depending on your goals and what available equipment best suits your needs. Prices will vary according to facility charges. Through thumbtack I am mostly interested in meeting local people that will benefit from my knowledge and equipment._________________ My travel rate is $65 per session (10 session package= $45 per session). Come to me for $35 per session (10 session package= $22.5 each).

I am constantly researching, learning, and growing as a coach, trainer, and athlete. That includes getting various related certifications, attending lectures and workshops, and networking in related fields.
