I signed up to run my first half marathon and knew I would need the help of a good trainer to get me to race day. My goal was to complete the half without getting injured along the way. With about 14 weeks before my race I found Peter Smith. From the beginning I knew he was a good fit for me. He is passionate about what he does and is very knowledgeable. He made our workouts fun and ensured that I was doing the right cross-training and strength training necessary to get me through without injury. Even after my half marathon was complete I continued training with Peter to keep up my skills during the off-season. Now I am signed up for four more races, including two halfs. If you are looking for an excellent personal trainer, I highly recommend Peter.

I have had the honor to train with Peter, on my off again and on again schedule. It has been a great opportunity, he really is knowledgeable, and is able to help, aid, and answer anything you need. I am a runner and trying to get back on my feet again, and though it has been slow its been great. Slow and to my pace workouts, but also just the push I need to get better. I always have a good workout and a great time not only is Peter a great trainer, but also personable. A very nice and kind person who cares about personal fitness, doesn't matter where you start, you'll end up where your goal is.

Peter worked with me to teach me a "Turkish Get-up"". He was patient and didn't make me feet stupid when I tried my own technique. Thank You Peter!

I have known Peter Smith a very long time and I can say with certainty that he is a very sincere, caring, hard working individual. He strives to educate himself as well as teach others his knowledge and what he has learned. He communicates clearly and concisely. It is a pleasure to work with Peter and I would recommend him to anyone. He is overall a great guy!
