- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A typical session is $40/hour. I can also train and do nutritional sessions over Skype for $35/session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I meet with them over Skype, the phone, or in person. We discuss goals and whether I would be a good fit for them, as well as the specifics of what equipment is available, how many times a week and etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an AFAA fitness instructor and ACSM personal trainer certification. I am also certified to teach kettlebells, cycle, running (training), and aqua aerobics.
