Introduction: If I had to describe it in one word that word would be "Responsive". The number one thing we hear out and about from tenants and owners is that they couldn't get anyone to call them back. We do call back and we do follow up when a follow up is necessary.
Our tenants! We work hard to build a good report from the beginning. We want them to feel like they can reach out to us when something needs addressed. We don't want them to defer their maintenance or not tell us when they are considering a new pet. We want them to be up front and honest with us so we can address issues that might become a problem if we are not aware.
