I clean office buildings, and dental, real estate, medical, and all commercial buildings and tire stores. I also do window cleaning. I have been in business for 22 years, and I'm the sole owner of Bend Quality Maintenance.
I provide excellent cleaning services as well as floor stripping and waxing, and carpet cleaning. Whether you need daily or once-per- week cleaning, we will be there to meet your needs. We work with you to create a service plan that meets your budget needs.

Joey did a deep clean on our rental home when we moved out. His experience cleaning for property management companies is obvious. He knew exactly what they were looking for and his personal checklist mirrored the one from our property management company. He was even willing to come out and clean on Super Bowl Sunday! We couldn't be happier with the results, the house looks great!

They did a fantastic job and I would recommend them to anyone. I had another cleaning company cancel on me last minute. I contacted Joey last minute and they came with only a 12 hour notice!

Bend Quality Maintenance has been cleaning rentals for our company for the past 4 1/2 years. Their work is excellent and timely. I appreciate all the "muscle" that goes into cleaning some of the really bad units. On the few times something needs a "redo", the response time has been quick without any additional charges. I use Bend Quality Maintenance exclusively, and would be lost without them.

I hired Bend Quality Maintenance (BQM) to clean a condo property of mine. Since the property was in an upscale gated community, I needed to have the place in the best condition possible. I hired BQM because of their reputation for quality work. I was not disappointed. Mr. Heape exceeded my expectations with his attention to detail and timely turnaround. Overall, I am quite satisfied with this vendor. I will definitely use BQM again.
