I had to fire the previous guy who started the project due to lack of punctuality and was stuck with my project half way done. My house was a mess and I was extremely frustrated. Ken made time in his schedule to come finish the flooring today and then will get back to me next week to finish the baseboards. He is punctual, responsive and does good quality work. I should have hired him in the first place. But lessons learned.
