- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair and competitive pricing. Most of our work is bid work but we do offer hourly work that is charged at our current hourly rate on certain jobs. Hourly work isn’t common for us, we find it saves our customers money, sticker shock and unforeseen costs when we do bid work vs hourly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always offer a free onsite walk through (within an hour of PDX), answer any questions and offer reviews from previous customers. We are open, transparent and honest. We will never attempt to upsell you on any work and will never pressure you into accepting a bid.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years of plumbing apprenticeship completed, our lead plumber/co-owner has worked for multiple service shops in the Portland area since 2002, he has trained many apprentices under him and been on all sorts of jobs from small residential service work to large commercial jobs. We have been running our own business now since 2017 successfully.
