When I was visiting my family in Medford this past June they mentioned to me about a bbq festival in Central Point. I went thinking that it would be a good way to spend a couple of hours. After tasting a chicken leg from Pa's I had to go back. After talking to the ladies who were serving (and spending a few more taste tickets) I found out that they catered. I spoke with Mr. Pomeroy about the possibility of catering my nephews 5th birthday party. I did not really expect for him to be able to do it since I live so far away, in North Bend, but to my suprise after a couple of conversations we were able to work out a menu well within my price range. He brought his amazing smoker over (pulled behind his truck) this thing is awesome!!!! Not only was the food as good as I remembered but he was able to cater to my variety of guests. We had Chicken and Pulled Pork (amazing!!!!!).He had mild for the children and hot for those who like a little spice. The homemade mac and cheese and potato salad were amazing. And his wife made an outstanding Chili. The only thing that was off a little was the timing. It was about 15 minutes later then planned but he refused to serve out undercooked food which I appreciate. He was very professional while being a funny guy. All of his help was clean, courteous, friendly, and wore gloves while serving and they took very good care of us. I highly recommend Danny Pomeroy and Pa's BBQ!!!!!

the food was excellent. all the guests at the bday party really enjoyed the food. Danny said what time he would deliver the food and was right on time. i highly recommend Pa`s bbq.
