FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer begins with an initial consultation to discuss the scope of the project and the customer's needs and expectations. During this consultation, I will gather information about the customer's budget, timeline, and any specific requirements they may have. Once we have established a clear understanding of the project requirements, I will provide the customer with a detailed proposal outlining the work to be done and the estimated cost. If the proposal is accepted, I will then work closely with the customer to finalize any design plans or blueprints and obtain any necessary permits or approvals. Throughout the project, I maintain open communication with the customer to ensure that their expectations are being met and any concerns are addressed promptly. Finally, upon completion of the project, I conduct a final walkthrough with the customer to ensure that everything has been completed to their satisfaction before closing out the job.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently completed a landscape project that I am particularly fond of. The project took approximately three days to complete and involved the installation of several different types of vegetation, including trees, shrubs, and flowering plants. The goal of the project was to create a natural and inviting outdoor space that would serve as a peaceful retreat for the homeowner. To achieve this goal, I carefully selected plants and materials that would complement the existing architecture and natural surroundings. I also paid close attention to details such as drainage, soil quality, and sun exposure to ensure that each plant would thrive in its new environment. The end result was a beautiful and functional landscape that exceeded the expectations of both myself and the homeowner. The new outdoor space provides a serene setting for relaxation and reflection while also enhancing the overall value of the property. It was truly a pleasure to work on this project and see it come to life over the course of just three days.
