Our pricing is transparent and customized based on the details of your event. Rates vary depending on guest count, event length, bar setup needs, and service style. We don’t believe in surprise fees, so everything is outlined clearly upfront before booking. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to learn about your event, guest count, and the kind of bar experience you’re looking for. From there, we’ll walk through service options, help with drink ideas if needed, and put together a customized quote based on your needs. Once you’re ready to move forward, we secure your date and handle the details leading up to the event so everything is organized and stress-free. As the event gets closer, we confirm final details and timing to make sure nothing is overlooked. On the day of your event, we arrive prepared, set up the bar, and take care of service from start to finish so you can relax and enjoy your guests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is professionally trained and experienced in event bartending and cocktail service. We hold the required Oregon alcohol service permits and follow all state and local regulations to ensure responsible, compliant service at every event.
