Knowledgeable and extremely helpful and affordable, Michael fixed my PC's malware and pop up ridden computer by running various programs. He just arrived the night before from Chicago but agreed to help me at nine the next morning. I was visiting from out of state and had no idea who to contact so kudos to Thumbtack for creating a business that helps lay people obtain quality affordable service. The work was performed at Michael's apartment, my only suggestion would be to hire a housekeeper! Thanks again Michael.

When I discovered that my new (to me) laptop was infected with malware, Very quickly, Michael did an inexpensive clean install of system 7 and Microsoft Office and also downloaded two kinds of virus protection. I like knowing that I can count on this young man to help me with computer issues in the future, and I'll recommend him to friends and family without reservation. Thanks, Michael!
