FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Construction is never one-size-fits-all. Every home, every project, and every scope has real variables, materials, conditions, access, and the level of craftsmanship required to do it right. We won’t always be the lowest bid, and that’s by design. Our focus is delivering work that lasts. We use higher-grade materials, proven installation methods, and experienced crews so your project doesn’t become something you have to fix, redo, or fight over later. In the long run, that’s what real value looks like: doing it once, and doing it right.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and respectful of your time. We start with a brief call to make sure we’re a good fit for your project. If it looks promising, we’ll schedule an in-home consultation to review your goals, your home, and your options. We do ask that all decision-makers be present for that visit, since we’ll be providing real pricing, timelines, and recommendations. If everything lines up; scope, budget, and expectations, you’ll be able to move forward without needing a second appointment. There’s no pressure and no obligation. We just believe in having honest, complete conversations so no one’s time gets wasted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’re third-generation contractors with deep, real-world experience. Our leadership team has worked across residential, commercial, and heavy-industrial projects throughout Oregon and the surrounding states. That background gives us a level of technical depth and problem-solving ability most residential contractors simply don’t have. We carry a wide range of certifications, from ICRA to OSHA 10 through 30; and we stay in constant training, both in the field and in the classroom. We actively study international and local building codes, as well as the latest best practices, so every project is done correctly, safely, and to the highest standard. We also personally review manufacturer specifications for every product we install. That means your home isn’t just built to pass inspection, it’s built to perform and last.
