- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straight forward. We do not charge for estimates, we only charge for the work you've contracted with us. Other factors that dictate the actual job cost are: duration of the project, types of materials, and location of the worksite.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically discuss the project over the phone first. A second meeting at the worksite allows us to see the project in person and evaluate the needs of the project. A written estimate is then generated and emailed to you for your review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated college from the State University of New York with degrees in Sports Education and Business. I have many years experience facilitating experiential education programs as well as a carpentry apprenticeship.
