- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$50.00 per hour for work done hourly. Written estimates for larger projects which will include all of the notices that are required by the Oregon Construction Contractors Board.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually meet with a client to look at a project to determine if it is work to be done on a time and material basis or if I will provide a written estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in residential and light commercial construction since 1974 which includes new construction, remodels, and repairs. I completed Lead Inspector classes and was licensed as a lead paint inspector for several years. I have completed the Lead Paint Renovation courses and am licensed to work on homes built before 1978.
