  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    My goal is to help make a lasting change with my patients. We go over the intake and assessment to create a plan of action that addresses the root cause of the issue. I give homework and request follow ups that the patient can adhere to.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    750 hours of massage therapy education. 200 hours of yoga teacher training. 150 hours of Reiki training.
