Steve came to my house on two successive days to solve a problem with one of two PCs on my home system. He found several ways to improve both machines and the system, executed those improvements and solved the original problem. Always look for a technician that has the necessary certifications & abilities to diagnose & repair your system. You will always be better off with "Experience & Education" over the minimum wage high school kid at the "box store" or the crazy neighbor that says "I can fix that for ya".
