- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is all inclusive: what we quote is what you’ll pay, nothing more unless the load changes. We’re not a franchise, so no extra franchise fees, saving you $. Our quotes are personalized: We look at the amount of stuff to go, weight and difficulty to remove the items, how much is recyclable/donate-able, how close we can park our vehicles to the load, etc. , hoping to save you as much money as possible. We’re veteran owned/operated, fully insured with commercial auto and general liability insurance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can sometimes do quotes over photos. Other times when the stuff to be removed isn’t clear we have to go in person to look and bid. Quotes are always free, no obligation. If the price sounds right, we can usually begin right away. We’re flexible and don’t follow the typical 9-5.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CDL class A, fully insured with commercial auto, general liability, umbrella insurance, NetVendor compliant, Master Recyclers (through OSU), veteran owned and operated.
