The team at Junkluggers were fantastic! We had quite a lot of odd and ends to haul away. Spring cleaning got us cleaning out our shed and all the other outside junk that had accumulated over the years. Tristen and Ian were very professional. They arrived on the job right on time and made quick work of hauling all the junk out of my yard. The company is great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone looking to clean up their space! A big shout out to Tristen and Ian and to Caitlyn for getting me scheduled and removal completed so quickly.

Junkluggers did an excellent job in cleaning out all the junk I have been collecting on our shed and backyard. They were on time and worked quickly in cleaning up my yard. I like the fact that they will donate what they can and give me a donation receipt. I would recommend Caitlin and her junklugger crew to anyone that has lots to stuff to get rid of.

The men who removed our junk were very quick and friendly. They assessed the situation and executed the removal with professionalism. They even vacuumed my stairs as my old recliner was filthy inside. I highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price by the volume that your items fill in our truck. One of our green guarantees is price assurance. This means you will never pay more than your on-site proposal unless you add items to the job afterward. You may even pay less if your items take up less space than what we estimated!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your appointment is booked for a 2 hour window for a free, no obligation estimate. We will send 2 luggers to the job. If you agree to the estimate, we do the job right then and there!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our team goes through lugger training as well as customer service training. We aim to leave you 100% satisfied with the service we provide!
