Within minutes of posting my job and request to work with them, the owner, Caitlyn, called me to explain their process, pricing, payment methods, and scheduling. They were able to schedule me for the very next day, and one of the workers, David, gave me a courtesy call that they were en route. They rather rapidly emptied out my garage as requested, and they were punctual, efficient, professional, and amiable gentlemen. he two gentlemen were friendly, and worked quickly. They did forget to secure the shed door when theyfinished and I haven't found the carabiner the held the door shut. the following rain soaked the boxes in the shed and I had to dump them to get the water out. alot of items were damaged.

The team at Junkluggers were fantastic! We had quite a lot of odd and ends to haul away. Spring cleaning got us cleaning out our shed and all the other outside junk that had accumulated over the years. Tristen and Ian were very professional. They arrived on the job right on time and made quick work of hauling all the junk out of my yard. The company is great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone looking to clean up their space! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price by the volume that your items fill in our 16 cubic yard dump truck (as professional haulers, we do not use pickup trucks!). Our minimum is $139 and we have 9 total price increments up to $800 per full truck. One of our green guarantees is price assurance. This means you will never pay more than your on-site proposal unless you add items to the job afterward. You may even pay less if your items take up less space than what we estimated!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your appointment is booked for a 2 hour window for a free, no obligation estimate. We will send 2 luggers to the job. If you agree to the estimate, we do the job right then and there!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our team goes through lugger training as well as customer service training when onboarded. We have quarterly trainings with our team and monthly team breakfasts to recap the previous month. Our crew is all fully insured and background checked.
