Introduction: I have been in the fitness industry since 2010. I’m an advocate for quality over quantity. I have acquired my experience through my time in college athletics running at NCU, LCC and with OSU’s triathlon team. I have over 10 years in the US Army National Guard with multiple deployments. I currently operate as my Units Master Fitness Instructor and responsible for monitoring and training soldiers safely and efficiently. My experience includes training at Facilities such as Planet Fitness and the Eugene Downtown Athletic Club, coaching athletic programs such as high school football, swim, wrestling and track. And finally, my college education which includes certifications and an associates from LCC and my studies in kinesiology at Oregon State University. You may find cheaper rates than mine but I ensure to provide the highest caliber training. I focus on strength and conditioning, endurance sports and weight loss programs. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to know your goals. Time you are wanting to allocate to your fitness goals and then we will start off.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Two fitness certificates from lane and an associates degree. Currently working on a Bachelors of Science studying Kinesiology. Military back ground in fitness training and injury prevention.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started coaching swimming when I was 16 and stayed in the fitness industry since.
