Excellent work and a joy to have in my home. Hans came to our rescue when another contractor failed to begin home repairs which were a sales condition. Hans stepped up, completed all repairs on time, and we were able to close our transaction as scheduled.

Hans was a pleasure to work with and his bid was less than half of the bid from another contractor. He did what he said he would do and communicated with me when he had equipment problems. I had some firewood that I couldn't use. He offered to haul it away and said he would give it to someone that needed firewood. He is a rare find--a skilled, reasonably-priced contractor who goes out of his way to help others. I will definitely hire him again and will recommend him whenever I can.
