It is all about providing great experiences. When people take tennis lessons it is during their free time with their discretionary income. Having the opportunity to help my students get the value they want with their free time and money is what I enjoy the most.

Dave is a great tennis instructor. I had zero experience before training and he was extremely patient, knowledgable, and responsive. In just a few lessons, I learned a lot and feel comfortable playing now. It's clear he has a lot of tennis experience and a passion for not only the sport, but teaching! I was always excited when taking lessons with him and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for lessons!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is relatively simple with a CASH DISCOUNT for private or semi-private lessons.
$60 per person / per hour with PayPal or Zelle OR $50 CASH DISCOUNT
$30 per person / 2 people / per hour with PayPal or Zelle 0R $25 PER PERSON CASH DISCOUNT
$20 per person / 3 people / per hour
$15 per person / 4 people / per hour
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always begin by finding out what they can do before starting to teach / coach. Then it is matter learning what the customer wants to achieve and helping them reach those goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Because I work with a company of 100 instructors we are constantly sharing information related to our profession. In addition, we have an annual company meeting where we gather for a week to share and learn from each other.
