- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In an initial courtesy meeting, we discuss the project to define its goals, determine scope and what success looks like. We set deliverables and timeline, the budget and terms, then I get to work. I present the work in distinct phases for client review and approval. Once we meet a milestone with client approval, we move forward to the next phase, until the project is completed, and all deliverables are delivered.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with business owners, nonprofits, start-ups, individual professionals including artists, musicians, professionals in theater and film, academics, members of the scientific community and individuals on personal projects. We design & develop graphic materials, and responsive business marketing and eCommerce sites with content-managed hosting. That means you control your content and your traffic!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Just completed final editing for "The Big Spill", 25-minute short comedy film. Way too much fun!
