Pure Motion Yoga with Mandy

Mandy's private lessons are unique because she really gets to know each client and gives each a custom experience based on their unique circumstances and goals. Mandy is one of very few yoga therapists in Eugene, specializing in private lessons. She stands out because of her attention to detail and her robust knowledge of proper body function. Mandy not only helps people get out of pain, but she teaches her clients how to stay out of pain by teaching them to be more mindful and aware of body patterns that contribute to pain/problems. I get excited to see people transform and become more alive. I love seeing people "get it" and develop a new relationship with their body because of the yoga sessions we've had together. I also love it when I hear someone get excited about a change they've noticed in their body.
