I absolutely love the process of communication through the written word. I enjoy stretching my vocabulary as well as my mind with each paper I write. There is something about the challenge of invoking an emotional response to the prose I've put down on paper that makes me want to continue writing, learning and challenging myself with new ideas, styles, genres and audiences' know this may seem ridiculous but, one of my favorite formats to write in is research papers. I love the structure, rules and the formats dictated by a research paper and the things I learn about along the way are invaluable and most of the time very entertaining.
