- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a trip fee bases on distance, and for regular Notary work I get $10.00 per signature I'm Notarizing per page. Notaries do not complete paper work, You will need to have it competed by the person involved and granting their power and wishes. Witnesses should not be able to benefit from the Power of Attorney or Will. They should be a unbiased party.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm not a Attorney and cannot advise you of any legal questions, so please do not request. It is my job to confirm your identity and need to see your current identity. I charge a trip fee based on distance and time involved. Also get $10.00 per signature/person, per Notarization involved. Powers of Attorneys often require witnesses.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Back Ground Screened and Certifed. I carry Errors and Omission Insurance through the NNA
