- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have the cheapest rates in town and we only charge you "time on the meter" when we are waiting for you. The other cab companies in town charge you time and mileage as soon as you get in the cab. For Example. If we pick you up and take you somewhere, unless you want to make an extra stop on the way (ATM, Grocery store, Etc.) you only pay mileage. If you take any other cab in town they are charging you extra for every minute you are in their cab and for mileage too.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I used to drive for one of our competitors and saw many things that they were doing wrong, so my brother and I created JC'S Taxi in order to give people a better option.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
