Guan's team is very responsible, efficient and supportive! They not only focus on the projects you need help with, but also give constructive suggestions and their hands on other parts where your home does need to improve for free! For example, I am planning to run a home based preschool, safety is the number 1 rule for the whole house improvement, Guan understands my concern and even helps build up 2 small doors for my side porch in order to better take care of kids, for free! Very nice, and awesome work! I strongly recommend his team, trust worthy!

Juan is awesome. I had initially hired him to fix two doors inside my home that were rubbing against their door frames. He came out the same day as my inquiry and was able to give me a very fair quote. His quality of work was great and I'm extremely pleased with how it all turned out. He has also since helped me out with roofing and gutter work. Definitely recommend and would go back to him for future contractor needs.

Juan was fantastic! He took on a big job of completely changing my wooden door color. He arrived when he said he would and immediately got to work. He was friendly and was a problem solver with the new door locks which made the project a breeze. I will absolutely be using him for other work on our home! Would recommend him to anyone!
