Juan was really great to work with. He was thoughtful and communicative, both in text and in person. It was so nice having an explanation of how he works, what was needed and what my choices were. I was grateful that he worked me in pretty quickly in between other jobs. I had some visible dry rot around an upstairs window and he found a way to address that as well as work with further rotted wood that came up. Just an all-around kind of contractor I was hoping for and I would highly recommend him and his team!

Juan did an excellent job repairing our sliding door. He showed up right on time and gave us a very reasonable estimate. We ran into an issue where the new rollers we purchased didn’t fit the original frame. Instead of trying to upsell us on new parts, Juan quickly modified the rollers to fit perfectly. It was impressive how efficiently he handled it. He focused only on what we asked him to fix and didn’t try to push any additional services, which made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. I would definitely recommend him.
