We ran into an issue where the new rollers we purchased didn’t fit the original frame. Instead of trying to upsell us on new parts, Juan quickly modified the rollers to fit perfectly. It was impressive how efficiently he handled it.
He focused only on what we asked him to fix and didn’t try to push any additional services, which made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. I would definitely recommend him.
