I recently hired Juan to repair our front door, which had a worn-out spring mechanism in the handle. From the start, Juan impressed me with his professionalism. When he anticipated being about ten minutes late, he made sure to communicate in advance, which I really appreciated. Juan measured the handle and recommended a replacement that would closely match the original, so we wouldn’t have to alter the stain. Before he left, I showed him some rotting and warped exterior wood that needed attention. He advised me to find matching paint, as he’d have to remove some siding to make the repairs seamless.
