Juan is extremely responsive and a breath of fresh air to work with! He made sure to fit my smaller project into his busy schedule within a few days of my request to replace an exterior wood post that was rotten at the bottom. He confirmed with me the day before, and he and his colleague came out to my home on time at 8am and finished within one hour. They did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards.
