- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer senior and military discounts. We also offer discounts through our referral program, if a customer you referred us to signs a contract with our company, we will send both you and the new customer cash back after the project is completed, amount varies project to project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with customers I like to have a conversation about the specific needs of the project, from there we schedule an on-site appointment to take measurements and inspect the project. After doing so I typically have an estimate ready by the following night with details and specifics of what will be replaced, added or altered.
