Vita did an excellent job on the specific tasks I requested. She's thorough and personable. I appreciate that she had me walk through the areas/tasks she complete for my approval. I was a bit unsure by the pricing as she costed out each task as opposed to a set fee or hourly rate. I will engage her again in the future and recommend her to a neightbor.

The pricing is always based off the clients needs. The only reason why I charged every task is because it was more of a deep one time clean. If it was just a regular maintenance every week or so it would be a flat fee. Hope that helps clear things up:) |

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t charge hourly, I charge a flat rate. Size of the house, the condition, frequency and what needs to be done goes into consideration when asking for a fixed price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule a time for me to come out and take a look at your home and go over details and give you an estimate. If that works for you we go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My mom has owned a cleaning business for over 10 years now, all my knowledge about cleaning I got from my mom ❤️
