Kenny is very likeable, but hopefully nothing goes wrong with your project like it did with ours. Aquapro left us in a really horrible predicament. We spent several thousand dollars on services from Aquapro in fall of 2024. one of the projects was to stain the handrails of our deck, and a wooden arbor we have. It was getting cold and wet, with periodic stretches of sunny days. Kenny came and stained the handrails, and unfortunately the stain didn’t take, as we found out when it started raining a few days later. The stain melted off on to the deck, on to the ground beneath, and transferred to our hands every time we touched it. It looks awful. So I messaged him, and he promised to fix it. He never came and washed off the transfer on our deck, but we thought surely he will come in spring. He never even did the Arbor, so of course come spring this will be made right. Kenny is such a NICE guy, it honestly never even occurred to us that he WOULDN’T fix the deck. How wrong we were. Spring has come. Kenny is nowhere to be found. Our arbor is raw wood, our deck looks like sh*t, and the handrails are STILL transferring pigment. The photos attached were taken today, over 6 months later. It makes me so sad and upset when I think about the money we wasted, trusting this “nice kid just trying to make an honest living” Hopefully if you hire him, your project goes according to plan. Because if it doesn’t, you might be out well over a thousand $, with nothing but some shitty stain and more work than you started with to be done 😭
