- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Now offering 360 Virtual Tours and Floor Plans as well as Still Photography and Walkthrough Videos set to music. The price varies depending on what the client wishes to add to a package. You may want a Walkthrough Video and not need a 360 Tour and Floor Plan. Sample package for a 2000 sq ft. home. 25 photos $200.00, Walkthrough Video $100.00 totaling $300.00.* Different Sample package for a 2000 sq ft. home. 25 photos $200.00, 360 Tour and Floor Plan $200.00 totaling $400.00. Sample package for a large 3000 sq ft. home. 35 photos $200.00, Walkthrough Video $100.00, 360 Tour and Floor Plan $225.00 totaling $525.00. Note: The 360 Tour and the Floor Plan always go together as a package. *Note: A 1500 sq ft home that is either very well staged with high expectations, or an Airbnb or VRBO with high expectations would be $250.00 to $300.00 for photos (unless packaged with one of my other services). My still photos are easier priced with how many photos a client wants. That varies greatly. When buying a home, homes are not priced by the square foot. Bottom line, if you want really nice photos without trying to find the cheapest photographer in town, but want a fair price, please contact me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm willing to explain my services and pricing in detail to new customers. I like to communicate with them to be able to accommodate their needs. I have photographed many homes, Airbnb’s, and VRBO’s in the Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, WA area.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mostly self taught. I've spent many hours in the field and read books. The internet is a great place to expand my education and photography techniques.
