FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am open to negotiations and offer discounts for repeat customers or large events/orders. Let me know if you have any budget constraints and we can work out a package that will fit your needs. Please contact me for a detailed quote and to discuss any specific needs or requests you may have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer starts with a consultation to discuss their specific needs and vision for the project. This can be done in person, over the phone, or via video call. During the consultation, we will discuss the scope of the project, including any specific shots or footage that the customer would like captured, as well as the overall style and aesthetic they are looking for. I will also discuss my pricing and packages, and we can adjust to fit the customer's budget. If the customer decides to proceed with my services, we will then schedule a date for the shoot and work out any logistics and final details. After the shoot, I will edit and provide the footage in the format requested and make sure the customer is happy before delivery and final payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive experience in videography and video editing. I have been working as a professional videographer for close to 3 years now and have honed my skills through a combination of formal education and hands-on experience. Additionally, I keep myself updated on the latest industry developments and technology by attending workshops, seminars, and training programs related to videography and video editing. In summary, I have the educational background, training and experience to provide you high quality videography service.
