- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no hidden fees, initiation, or long-term contracts! I make an effort to make my prices affordable and have flexible options to make sure finances don't get in the way of reaching your fitness goals. There are also tiered discounts where prices are reduced the more sessions you have per week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new client starts out with a fitness consultation and multiple assessments. Which consists of building a connection and doing a few exercises for me as the trainer get to know the individual's body. Picking a plan that works for the client is case by case depending on the client's needs and goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Personal Training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have trained with a diverse set of individuals -- ranging from weight loss clients, ninja warrior enthusiasts, and seniors with osteoporosis or injuries.
