for a typical service call on a residential house we typically charge 100 a hour ,light commercial 125 hourly, if we install a new unit the service call we previously did to condemn unit we will waive cost of service call, 125 trip and diagnosis fee ,and once problem is figured out it goes to hourly ,1 hour minimum requirement on all service calls

typically if we are on a service call we will introduce ourselves and question what's been going with the hvac unit ,then we troubleshoot unit then address problem that suits customers needs, and then explain to customers how to properly maintain unit to save them money, we want what's best for any customer we service, bottom line is customer satisfaction
