- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When you are ready to confirm your booking I will send an email from my website. To finalize your booking and reserve your shoot date I require a 50% deposit which can be paid by cash, check, Venmo, PayPal or credit card.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For all my new clients, I first like to discuss what their exact needs are. Each client is different and it is important to understand what their needs and expectations are. Once that is worked out then we can further discuss pricing, timeline, venue and iron out all the other smaller details. When that is all finalized they will pay a deposit to confirm their booking and we are good to go!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5 years professional photography experience. My business is also fully registered and insured.
