Bill was fantastic! We had some worn, scraped up engineered hardwoods that needed to be beautified to get ready to sell the house. He was able to get in quickly and gave a reasonable price and also helped test an area so we were sure we had a good outcome. The floors look good as new and ready for the new family! The after and before here!

Bill was great! First, he educated us on the Various options that we could choose from. Second he gave us a prompt proposal. Third, when we accepted we was able to work quickly to get the work done before our move. But the best part, the floors look outstanding! Bill is a consummate professional with a great eye for details!

Bill has finished 1/2 of our floors and we are thrilled. We have 100 year old fir floors in bad shape, much of it covered in carpet that was glued to the floors. He was able to transform them into something useable and beautiful, pretty much on budget and on time. He checked in often about our preferred way to handle trouble areas, whether to replace planks or patch with putty, and was open about the cost of each. His crew was respectful our home, left it clean and immediately useable. We definitely suggest him, especially considering of the 5 bids we attempted to get, only two flooring pros responded and the other ones were asking $10k over Bills quote, for exactly the same amount of work. Our floors have 100 year old character and that is precisely what we hoped to preserve.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet, measure the project and go over vision. Email estimate, upon acceptance, settle on a start date. Half labor cost at start of project, other half after project is finished. Leave customers with a happy smile! 🙂

How did you get started doing this type of work?
Came out of The Marine Core in 2005 and started working for a friend. Graduated in to buying a company from a Vietnam vet and been making people happy ever since.
