Scott was responsive and professional. I initially hired him to sand & stain the deck, but also asked gutter cleaning later and both worked really well. I would definitely hire him again. He also gave me good advices to manage the house as a home inspector perspective and it was great.

Scott gave an estimate to demo the kitchen counters and also inspect the granite work by another contractor. He pointed out all the sub-par work, took pictures and emailed me the report the same day. Unfortunately, the whole job has to be removed and replaced getting bids again 3 months without a kitchen how fun. Scott thanks again

i take my time, answer questioms, educate and I slow down and provide the absolute best report i can generate. My reports take an average of 3.5hrs to generate and complete. I also provide on site reports. (meaning i email them to you before i leave the job)
