- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I HATE extra charges and fees, it just reminds of big corporations and their little tricks. The price I quote from the info I get without seeing what is being hauled, is usually the same or a little different. When I get to the job and see what needs to be hauled I then confirm the price quoted or change it a little bit. That price is the total for the whole job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Its very simple for the customer. All they have to do start communication with me and I will take over from there. Its my job to give superior service and make is an easy transaction for the customer. I am very flexible and easy to work with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this long enough that I know how to properly dispose all kinds of materials and make the customer happy.
